My husband and I hadn't been in the real estate market in 23 years. Chris our agent helped us find the perfect property. He was patient, kind and most of all honest and forthcoming with information about the area and properties we looked at. He was always professional and on time, he gave particular care in making sure the properties we looked at were left the way we found them, and that they were locked up and secure. This meant a lot to us as we had a problem with that when we sold our home. I would highly recommend Lake District Realty to anyone looking for property in the Perth, Sharbot Lake and surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed.
